**Client Coordinator**
**Cleveland, OH**
**$23-24/HR**

As a Client Coordinator, you will cultivate and sustain robust professional relationships with current and potential clients, ensuring to address their inquiries and manage orders efficiently and accurately, all while demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

**Client Coordinator Responsibilities:**
– Promptly respond to incoming calls and chat messages.
– Manage and process orders received through various channels such as phone, email, fax, and the web.
– Handle customer requests for returns and warranty claims effectively.
– Ensure timely follow-up with customers.
– Acquire and maintain detailed product knowledge to engage effectively with clients.
– Identify and highlight potential challenges and opportunities.
– Follow up with vendors as necessary.
– Perform data entry using Excel proficiently.

**Client Coordinator Qualifications:**
– High school diploma is required (Associate’s Degree is an advantage).
– A strong work ethic with proven reliability.
– Competence in computer applications, especially Excel and Word.
– Prior experience in a collaborative team setting.
– Excellent skills in handling calls and active listening.
– A customer-oriented approach with the ability to adapt to diverse personalities.
– Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
