Lead IT Associate Project Manager
100% Remote
12 Month Contract (Possibility of Extension)
$78.57/hr W2
In this contractor role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting M&A integration initiatives by collaborating with the Integration Management Office (IMO) and various cross-functional teams. Your primary focus will be on organizing tasks, monitoring progress, and contributing to the development of integration playbooks and related documentation. As an Associate Project Manager, you will transform intricate information into concise, actionable insights that aid leadership in decision-making.
Daily Responsibilities:
• Facilitate coordination among integration workstreams
• Assist in creating and updating playbooks, templates, and strategic plans
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and action items
• Maintain project trackers, documentation, and reports
• Prepare for meetings, take notes, and manage follow-ups
• Provide clear updates to stakeholders through summarization of information
Required Skills:
• Fundamental knowledge of project management principles
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in summarizing and structuring complex information
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Capable of juggling multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
• Experience with tools such as Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
Preferred Skills and Experiences:
• Background in M&A or integration projects
• Familiarity with PMO or IMO environments
• Experience in creating templates or playbooks
• Ability to compose executive summaries or presentations
• Proficiency in AI & Digital tools
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., Copilot) for meeting and document summaries
• Employ AI for drafting updates, reports, and playbook materials
• Assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy and thoroughness
• Explore opportunities to enhance efficiency using AI technology
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
– At least 7 years of relevant experience leading or facilitating projects in areas such as application development, infrastructure, or related fields is essential.
– {OR} A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a Business or Technical field (such as Business Administration, Communications, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Project Management) alongside a minimum of 4 years of pertinent experience in leadership or in managing projects in application development, infrastructure, processes, or comparable domains.
