We are on the lookout for a meticulous and highly organized Product Manager to oversee the continuous development and enhancement of our cloud-based software solutions. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping the product strategy, fostering user adoption, and guaranteeing that our platform provides significant value to customers while aligning with our channel strategy. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, which encompasses strategy formulation, requirement gathering, partner negotiations, delivery management, go-to-market enablement, and resolution of customer escalations, particularly within the bank data sector. As a Product Manager here, you will utilize data-driven insights and customer engagement to comprehend user needs, design features that address these needs, and advocate for these changes among both internal colleagues and external stakeholders, all while collaborating with engineers to ensure a top-tier end-product.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Establish and propel the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the company’s platform solutions.
  • Prioritize development features and enhancements based on customer insights, market dynamics, and corporate objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to guarantee timely and impactful releases of quality updates.

Customer & Market Research

  • Build relationships with customers and utilize feedback channels to identify pain points and requirements.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand product input sources and gather functional requirements.
  • Examine market trends, competitor activities, and shifts in the industry to detect new opportunities.
  • Establish and monitor critical product metrics to evaluate performance and influence decision-making.

Execution & Agile Development

  • Oversee the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including managing the backlog and planning sprints.
  • Develop clear and comprehensive product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Create and implement a product roadmap focused on banking data connections, integrations, APIs, and data integrity.

Customer Experience & Growth

  • Work closely with UX/UI teams to validate assumptions about customers and improve user experience, usability, and adoption rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to establish go-to-market strategies, pricing structures, and product positioning.
  • Ensure comprehensive cross-functional team readiness for all customer-facing changes, acting as the Product point of contact to deliver a unified product offering.
  • Passionately represent the product to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Continuously refine customer onboarding, retention, and satisfaction through A/B testing and user analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations (e.g., PCI, GDPR, GLBA), and banking partner criteria.
  • Engage with external partners, banks, and aggregators to facilitate integrations and maintain valuable partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in product management, ideally within a B2B technology landscape.
  • Product Leadership: Demonstrated capability to manage a SaaS product’s lifecycle, from strategy formation to implementation.
  • Deep understanding of banking data ecosystems, APIs, and financial integrations (e.g., Plaid, MX, Yodlee, Open Banking standards).
  • Analytical Thinking: Skilled in data-informed decision-making, KPI management, and utilization of product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude).
  • Familiarity with Agile & Scrum Frameworks: Strong background in Agile processes, sprint organization, and backlog management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of APIs, cloud technologies, and software development processes (no coding required, but familiarity is advantageous).
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to drive stakeholder influence, convey product vision, and present findings to leadership effectively.
  • Customer Engagement: Experience in customer-facing roles, collaborating on solutions, and navigating diverse feedback sources.
  • Preferred: Experience in enterprise functions, particularly in Finance, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Procurement, and/or Supply Chain management.
