Senior Technical Support Analyst

The Senior Technical Support Analyst is responsible for delivering expert technical support and troubleshooting aid to customers, dealers, and internal teams, focusing on resolving intricate equipment and service challenges. This role requires evaluating issues, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring that repairs, documentation, and procedures align with company policies and industry regulations. The ideal candidate will possess robust technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities, coupled with a background in providing customer support in a dynamic service-oriented environment.
Responsibilities of the Senior Technical Support Analyst:
- Assist international dealers and body builders with repair and diagnostic support
- Offer insights on publications to the publication teams
- Report recurring failure patterns to the service engineering division
- Potential travel to dealer sites may be required in the future
Qualifications for the Senior Technical Support Analyst:
- High School Diploma
- 4+ years of experience in field service engineering, automotive support, or truck service
- Background in diesel engines
- Minimum of 2 years in customer service roles
Preferred Skills for the Senior Technical Support Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Class 8 trucks
- Proficient in critical thinking and problem resolution
