Credit Analyst

Position Overview:
The Credit Analyst will take on the responsibility of overseeing order management, addressing customer account concerns, and facilitating the credit and collections functions associated with customer accounts. This position entails the examination of blocked orders, collaboration with customer service to ensure all compliance documentation is in order, the processing of commission payments, and the execution of account reconciliations. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working autonomously while also engaging with various departments.
Main Duties:
- Conduct account reconciliations with lenders as well as the commercial sector.
- Process applications for deferred payment loans.
- Work alongside customer service to ensure adherence to documentation requirements.
- Assist customer service and accounts receivable in resolving payment misapplications, offsets, and account discrepancies.
- Perform basic account reconciliations and record findings.
- Engage with banks to generate business reports.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving credit and collections procedures.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable is preferred.
- Strong organizational capabilities with a keen eye for detail and precision.
- Exceptional communication skills for both internal teams and external clients.
- Able to work independently while juggling multiple responsibilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with order-to-cash processes is advantageous.
