Project Coordinator
Maumee, OH
$21-$25/HR
We are delighted to present a promising opportunity for a Project Coordinator in the Greater Toledo region. This position will involve assisting Senior Project Managers in various tasks, including proposals, quotes, order processing, vendor management, and project implementation to ensure timely and accurate project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft project proposals, estimates, and customer quotes.
- Handle order processing and internal project requests.
- Coordinate requests for production, rentals, services, and purchase orders.
- Oversee revisions to orders, manage return authorizations, and notify regarding shipments and freight.
- Source materials and collaborate with vendors to inquire about pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and manage sales department vendor records.
- Utilize company software to track projects, orders, and tasks efficiently.
- Assist in the coordination of installation and dismantling activities.
- Prepare production documentation and art grids.
- Monitor project timelines to ensure adherence to multiple deadlines.
- Provide management with updates and project status reports.
- Support customer demonstrations, exhibit setups, seminars, and other marketing initiatives when necessary.
- Engage in company meetings and offer additional operational assistance as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in communication, organization, and customer service.
- Meticulous attention to detail with outstanding time management and multitasking capabilities.
- Proficient in mathematics, problem-solving, and possess mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to visualize three-dimensional concepts and project layouts.
- Self-driven with a proactive attitude towards project completion.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with project tracking software is a plus.
Education
- An associate degree or training from a technical school is preferable but not mandatory.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in project coordination, administration, or customer support is preferred.
- A combination of education and experience will also be considered.
