Senior Product Management Professional

The **Senior Product Management Professional** will play a key role in supporting a Clinical Platform within a healthcare setting that concentrates on Medicaid. This position entails assessing both business and technical obstacles, crafting viable solutions during the design and planning stages, and overseeing project performance to suggest modifications to schedules and resolutions in alignment with feasibility and organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business and technical challenges to devise effective solutions during the design and planning stages.
- Oversee project performance and propose schedule modifications and resolution changes based on feasibility and organizational requirements.
- Deliver prompt and precise project updates and status reports to management.
- Conduct feasibility analyses and evaluations for product initiatives.
- Spot product deficiencies and propose enhancements or solutions.
- Define and articulate product requirements along with technical specifications.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to grasp market needs, trends, and user expectations.
- Shape departmental and product strategy initiatives.
- Make decisions regarding moderately to highly complex technical approaches for project elements.
- Independently manage responsibilities with minimal oversight, demonstrating sound judgment and initiative.
- Lead and facilitate the product management lifecycle utilizing tools such as ADO, Jira Align, and other enterprise platforms.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of technical experience is necessary.
- Experience in Scrum or Release Management is required.
- Prior experience working with Clinical Platforms is mandatory.
- Experience collaborating with a SaaS vendor is required.
