Responsibilities of the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Facilitating comprehensive intake sessions with hiring managers
  • Collaborating with managers to identify hiring requirements and establish expectations
  • Crafting and implementing compelling job postings to attract suitable candidates
  • Identifying and executing effective sourcing strategies to create a diverse talent pool
  • Offering regular progress updates to hiring managers and HR business partners during the recruitment process
  • Developing effective pre-screening questions and assessing resumes
  • Fostering strong partnerships with hiring managers to promote best practices
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and employment legislation
  • Demonstrating the ability to innovate and stay adaptable in a fast-paced, agile business atmosphere
  • Exhibiting a positive, proactive, and results-driven attitude, complemented by excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Applying sound judgment and discretion in providing recruitment services

Requirements for the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • A bachelor’s degree in HR or a related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Over 5 years of experience in recruiting exempt-level professionals
  • Solid knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Skill in consulting, questioning assumptions, and providing alternative viewpoints
  • Demonstrated expertise in social sourcing, leveraging AI in recruitment, and representing the organizational talent brand
  • An advanced degree in HR or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with Workday Recruit – ATS and Phenom CRM is an advantage
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
